Hanover Screen Porch

This screen porch was added onto the existing deck. The Roof system was built between the gables. It has a shed style roof with exposed rafters, a knee wall, vinyl lattice, gfci outlets & ceiling fan, shingles to match existing home as well as gutters and down spouts. Henrico EZE-Breeze/Screen Porch System

Here we expanded the existing deck to build this virtually maintenance free 3 Season Porch with retractable EZE-Breeze panels. The panels in this porch open vertically and can be opened from the top or bottom allowing for flexibility to obtain any level of ventilation desired. With this porch system you can bring the outdoors in and keep the pollen out. This porch has a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, gfci outlets, and a ceramic tile floor for easy cleaning. Midlothian Deck Conversion

On this project we re-supported the existing deck and built this 12 x 22 3 Season Porch with a shed style roof. The framing for this porch was left natural, the rest is maintenance free. We utilized sliding EZE-Breeze panels to get a few more months out of this lovely new space that is now an extension the homes den area. There is ceiling fan and gfci outlets. …more

Midlothian Screen Porch

We started with the existing 10 x 10 builder grade deck and expanded with new brick piers and deck framing to a 12 x 18 screened room with a new 6 x 8 open deck area for the grill. We also use Screen-Eze tracking system that is a user friendly product if and when screens would need to be repaired. This porch is maintenance free with Hardi Plank siding. Large Chesterfield Screen Porch

This Screen Porch is over 500 sq ft of covered outdoor space that is maintenance free, with ceramic tile floor, clear tempered glass pickets that offer an unobstructed view of the rear yard. Multiple ceiling fans and outlets allow for comfort and convenient placement of stereo, TV or any other electrical needs. The siding and roof shingles match the existing home. Rear Screen Porch and Deck / Mosley

For this project we removed existing rails, re-supported and reused the existing framework of the 12 x 20 deck. The screen Porch with a gable style roof and maintenance free exterior was added to the existing deck area. It has a vaulted ceiling, with ceiling fan and gfci outlets. The 12 x 32 rear deck was added and gains access to the new porch and the media room. The access to the media room was made by removing a window, enlarging the whole and setting a new French style door. The new structure matches the existing Grand Manor shingles and beaded vinyl siding for a project that looks like it was built with the original home. …more
