The front of this home previously had a brick stoop which was expanded with brick columns, a composite floor, pvc railings and a multi-leveled roof. Surprisingly, such small projects can dramatically changing the look of your home. Our work began by removing existing shrubs. Then we dug pier footings and installed matching brick piers. Framework consisted of pressure treated structural lumber topped off with TIMBERTECH composite flooring. We then installed the round structural columns for the roof system to be constructed on and railings attached too. The vinyl railings on the porch and on the flat roof area are Richmond t-rail design with square pickets. All the cornice work was aluminum and vinyl with accent dentil molding. HARDI plank siding was installed on the wing walls and around porch for tying in. Two types of roofing were utilized on this project; 30 year architectural dimensional shingles as well as a stand and seam roof for the flat area above the front door.
